Why are Dems so ignorant and arrogant? They are always attacking others and criticizing. Why don't they go drill on the existing areas if they think there is so much oil there? Should the oil companies stop selling their products in the USA? Would this teach Obama a lesson?
Not everyone in the US just those who don't want to allow more drilling. They apparently don't need it so why not let us who want it have it. It is kind of like a child saying I don't want it so you can't have it either.
I don't know what all the fuss is about. Their has been drilling in Louisiana for years and it is known as the sportsman's paradise. I lived their all my life and all sorts of animal and plant life thrive their. The argument about endanger species etc do not hold water. As for oil spills we have had our share and guess what the land always comes back to where it was before. Nancy Pelosi and the dems are totally wrong, I agree that we need alternatives but until then lets use what we have. Bring down the futures market by allowing the drilling and then lets go with T-bone Pickens he wants to make money in the future he has the right ideas(wind energy, wave enegy etc,). There is more Natural Gas in the ground then we can use for years to come. I see Natural gas being burned off in Louisiana every day. If we don't drill offshore the Chinese are planning to drill in international waters off our coast. Then we will have to give more of our money to the Chinese for their oil.Should the oil companies stop selling their products in the USA? Would this teach Obama a lesson?
A question like ';why are Republicans so corrupt?'; is what is known as an ad hoc attack. That means that it's an attack based on nothing more than a rhetorical gimmick.
By asking this question you actually provide us all with this answer: you have no question and you are only trying to push your own opinion.
This is not what Yahoo! Answers was meant for.
It sounds to me like you're wanting to voice your opinion rather than have a question answered. There are plenty of places on the internet where you can do that- don't do it here.
Well they have to change their attitude in the oil companies really, all them profits and then asking people to take a pay cut in parts of the world where they operate.
Go read some wikipedia and stop wasting everyones time, please.
that's a great idea. i think we'd all be better off living pre-industrial. don't be afraid to break the oil addiction.
No because that is what Obama wants.

How can I stop or slow an oil leak on my own with a product, it is a '98 Infiniti q 30 Thank you now?
You don't. Anything that will stop leaks will also reduce oil flow in tight clearances. How can I stop or slow an oil leak on my own with a product, it is a '98 Infiniti q 30 Thank you now?
There's no easy way without having tools and a lift or ramps. Park it over card board or something and keep the oil topped off for now.How can I stop or slow an oil leak on my own with a product, it is a '98 Infiniti q 30 Thank you now?
I wouldn't add any of those stop leak products as they just swell your seals for a temporary fix but in the meantime they also swell up the seals that were fine so they will fail much sooner and cost you hundreds if not thousands later on than if you hadn't added that $5-10 product in the 1st place. Anything is only a temporary fix and you should get it checked out...have you had the oil changed recently? Oddly enough most techs don't properly tighten the plug on 1 out of every 10 vehicles they see in any given day.
If you haven't had one in awhile you could also go to a heavier weight oil and that will slow the leak a little (i.e from 10w-30 to a 15-50 or 20-50 oil as long as you aren't in a cold climate since the heavier weight won't be able to lubricate properly on initial startup in cold weather.
Would also help further if you knew where the leak was coming from since there are many places to choose from.
';Lucas Hydraulic Oil Booster %26amp; Stop Leak';,will stop many leaks, the company I work for tested this product for them,it stopped many leaks that i never thought it would
If the leak isn't that bad, I would leave it alone until you have money to fix it. Just think of it as a Harley, it's marking it's spot. Oil leak stop products can ruin your engine,

Can I stop my car leaking oil?
It is a Volkswagen Passat TDI 1.9 Turbo Diesel. I've been topping it up for ages. I enquired about a re-conditioned engine at the local VW dealership and it about 拢2,500.00 approx $4000.00 Not worth doing as the car is a T reg.
Any ideas what I could do? Or any salvage yards in West Midlands U.K??
Oh well thought I'd ask.Can I stop my car leaking oil?
if the car is leaking oil change the gasketsCan I stop my car leaking oil?
Oh, my. An oil drip is usually either the sump gasket (easily changed) or a joint. Now, if you are asking about a car CONSUMING oil, not leaking, then, yes, you need to do some mayor engine work.
Try Google ';Second hand Passat engines';. See what comes up. I have bought an Audi 2nd hand engine for under 拢500.
take the oil out of the engine and it will stop leaking
Does it emit blue smoke if so its burning oil.~Or is it leaking oil you can check this by parking in a dry spot and placing cardboard under the engine leave over night you will soon see if its leaking oil.If its an oil leak you can get it fixed for much less than a recon engine.Regards Mick UK.
buy a newer car
dude my advice is buy a chevrolet
Engines are not designed to leak, something is causing it. Could be a seal, loose bolts, a gasket, several things. My best advice is clean it really well underneath (like at a do it yourself car wash) then either look for the leak yourself or have someone look for it. Once you find out where it is leaking, fix it. Good Luck
The reason you are leaking is because the compression is blowing past the rings. Engine wear. The only way to fix is a motor job. Really. Sure you could try for a salvage number and hope for one with lower miles.
U should save your money for a new car u have spent to much on this one there might not be hope
Why not have the engine rebuilt? Don't they do that in Britian?printer cartridge

My oil furnace continues to stop working, we press restart button and it works for a day. What is the problem?
I deal with 35 rental units. That usually means it is time to have the furnace cleaned and serviced. Make sure they put in a new nozzle. My oil furnace continues to stop working, we press restart button and it works for a day. What is the problem?

Do you stop taking primrose oil when you are 100% effaced?
I am currently taking primrose oil to thin my cervix out. When I was checked on Monday I was 50% effaced. If I hit 100% effaced do I stop taking it or does it do something else to help labor along?
Please only leave comments that answer my question. Dop not leave stuff saying the baby will come when the baby is ready. ONLY ANSWER THE QUESTION OR DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING AT ALL.Do you stop taking primrose oil when you are 100% effaced?
From what I know all it does is help ripen the cervix so if you are 100% effaced I would see no need to keep taking it.. unless it helped with dilation as well? But I'm not positive on that.

Does anyone know what ingredient you can add to stop oil from separating when cooking e.g. gravy?
with gravy, you can get shot of all the fat - put the meat stock in the freezer with a couple of ice cubes in for 1/2 hour - all the fat will stick to the top! Take it all off and use stock as normal - voila, no fat!Does anyone know what ingredient you can add to stop oil from separating when cooking e.g. gravy?
corn flourDoes anyone know what ingredient you can add to stop oil from separating when cooking e.g. gravy?
Well I always drain mine off the meat first, ,Yuk I wouldnt want fat floating about
Cornflour is good at binding without going lumpy. Why not just use instant gravy granules and drain the fat off the meat for the birds to have?
Oil will naturally settle on the top, you just need to get one of those jugs that only pours the gravy not the fat.
Try any brochure for kitchen stuff.
First skim off the fat the best you can...... you do want some to make the gravy.
Second...... I don't like flour gravies...... I like cornstarch gravies.......
Good luck.
The real problem here is that there is not enough flour in your sauce to bind with the fat. Roux is not always exactly half butter half flour due to moisture in the flour or water in the butter. If your sauce is thick enough and you still have oil on it , simply put your sauce pot or pan in the fridge for 30 minutes and it will harden and congeal.Remove and reheat. Or don't refridgerate just use a ladle or a spoon to scoop it off.
You combine the oil with flour to make a roux.
THEN you cook the roux on low to medium heat to get the desired flavor and color you want.
THEN slowly and carefully add the liquid - stock or milk. Use a wire whip or spoon to incorporate the water and the roux.
BE CAREFUL! When the liquid first meets the roux, the mixture bubbles, splashes and gets violent! Its easy to get burned!
Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!

Yes, that is my real last name!
The flour will absorb most of it, but pour most off first if you are making gravy from meat juices.
