How can I stop oil leaking from the base of the dip stick on my Delica?

The engine is a 4d56. The tube for the dip stick looks threaded as if it should be screwed in but it is long and bent making it look impossible to turn. I live in a remote area of Bohol Philippines making it difficult to find mechanics familiar with the problem. All online manuals I have found and downloaded don't even show the dipstick. How can I stop oil leaking from the base of the dip stick on my Delica?
I've never seen a threaded one but you should be able to take off something to give you space to turn it maybe exhaust manifold, intake manifold. Look at it real good %26amp;see if it's threaded or if it's just rings used to grip the block. Try tapping it in with a hammer. How can I stop oil leaking from the base of the dip stick on my Delica?
pull the dipstick out of the block, you may have to persuade it a little...clean it and thehole thoroughly, apply some silicone sealant to the tube and push it back in.let it cure and there ya go...funny i just did this 3 days ago!!LOL.hope this helps
