i have the same problem.
to reduce your oily skin problem you should:
not use a moisturizer (makes skin more oily)
try and get oil free face products (face wash, toner, foundation)
keep a good routine of washing your face (morning and night)
find a good face wash that helps oily skin (have you tried skin id?)
(i use skin id and its helped reduce my oily skin, you just need to go to skinid.com and take a simple test, then they will match you up to the perfect face wash. its worth it)
hope i helped

Everyone always gets oily now and then.
The T-zone is always the main part that gets oily, such as your
case. Washing two times a day will help to keep some oils away.
You wouldn't want to wash more than that because it will wash away
some of the essential oils your skin naturally needs to keep soft.
Wash or cleanse with a preferred cleanser or mild soap. Whenever you get oily, always have some oil blotting sheets with you. These are sheets that you simply place on where needed and it will take the excess shine away. Keep it on hand like in your purse or a backpack. They usually sell at local drugstores, just ask the person at the front desk.
If you want the right powder foundation, this is always the best: http://www.target.com/IMAN-Perfect-Respo鈥?/a>
most of it is natural ingredients so you don't have to worry about getting oily and itchy or any uncomfortable positions your skin will be in during the day.

i have the same exact problem and it's soo annoying. i'm still searching for better solutions too, but right now the best thing i've found is these oil-absorbing sheets you can find at pretty much any drug store, clean %26amp; clear and neutragena both make them but there's usually a drugstore brand that's the same thing and cheaper. they're really good at taking off the excess oil, but i still have to follow it up with some kind of powder. hope this helps a little.
everytime I use soap on my face I break out into pimples! It happens when I use noxima or whatever to. I use this olay cloth that comes in this white container and theres about 20 in there thats the only thing that works for me. But then again your face might not be as sensitive as mine. What ever you do dont use acne washes because if you dont have acne it is most likely to give it to you. Another thing I do is use alchohol just once every now and then.
I'd also like to figure out how control oily face issues. I've tried about everything. I've been told it's genetic. One up-side to oily is, they say we get less wrinkles than our drier friends. Of course you may not be worried about wrinkles yet, but just a point to keep in mind when you are.
