How to stop temporarily engine oil leakage?

my car's engine gasket leaking.Is thr anyway to stop that other than changing gasket?How to stop temporarily engine oil leakage?
The best way to eliminate the problem is to go ahead and replace the gasket. When a gasket starts to leak, it is usually already soaked with oil. Tightening the bolts to the gasket application 9 times out of 10 just makes it worse. Don't waste your money on these ';stop leak'; products. They are really nothing more than money wasters. You will save more money now to fix the problem right instead of waiting till later and end up spending more. And believe me, the longer you do wait to fix something, it will only cost more to fix it right.How to stop temporarily engine oil leakage?
Which gasket is leaking? Can you tighten the bolts of pan or valve cover or whatever it is that is leaking?

Some times you can put an additive in your oil the softens or swells the gaskets to stop the leak. Try that first.
Depends which 1 try tighting the gasket first%26gt; Then oil stop leak%26gt; 500 hundred miles%26gt;
i have not heard of any thing that will stop a leak. it does change things if you are dealing with a pressure related leak, or a seepage.
the best way is to change the gskt
