i want to start taking them but i really dont want to keep tasting them all day lol. i heard that freezing them stops that..does anyone know if thats true? or another way to stop it maybeIs it true that freezing fish oil pills will stop the aftertaste?
Buy a quality product...look on the label and see if it states no aftertaste or enteric coated...those are less likely to produce fish burps....Nordic Naturals makes a good brand that does not produce fish burps. I have never heard anything about the freezing thing tho.Is it true that freezing fish oil pills will stop the aftertaste?
Real fish oil will not freeze. You need a coated pill to avoid the fish burps.
