Is olive oil is good to stop hair fall and regrowth of hair?

i am loosing my hair, so can anyone tell is olive oil can be used to stop the hairfall. Will regrowth is also possible with olive oil ?

Yes, olive oil strengthens hair and repairs damage, so it can prevent breakage. It does not help with hair regrowth.





But, you also need to look into your hair regimen to see if you're doing anything to your hair that's causing it to break off, like flat ironing too much. Using olive oil won't help your hair much if you're doing things to abuse your hair.
