go to the heaviest oil you can find 50 weight,new rings would help too
there is no additive made to do what youre wanting. id say either rebuild it or buy another engine.
Try restore, 20w-50, and some stp oil treatment.....
sure it may slow it a little, but it ain't gonna fix it.......
assuming your engine is high mileage there is nothing that will help for very long. it needs rings an d a can of cure isn't going to change that. a synthetic oil might help some.
