Stop the oil smell when frying chicken?

If you are NOT using peanut oil, try lowering the temperature a bit and make sure there is no accumulated flour at the bottom of the

pan/skillet and fry with the lid on.

The other thing you can do is to prep beforehand by placing a bowl or two of distilled vinegar on or next to the stove before you start cooking. It will absorb the odor.Stop the oil smell when frying chicken?
Bake it!!!

Put about half a box of crushed corn flakes, roll with rolling pin in ziplock bag, 2 or 3 tablespoons of seasoned salt, a teaspoon of sage in the gallon ziplock bag. Spray it while shaking gently with non-stick spray like Pam.

Dip chicken in mixture of 1 cup buttermilk and 1 egg. Shake well and toss into corn flakes and shake again.

Place chicken on cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.

Bake at 400F about 30 minutes or until you can stick fork into it easily.Stop the oil smell when frying chicken?
Pour some vinegar in a bowl before frying any food; I've tried it and it works.
