How to stop oil seeping through concrete?

the paint on my warehouse floor keeps coming up. the reason for this therels diesel oil inside the concrete.what can i do to stop it?How to stop oil seeping through concrete?
you need to determine the source of the diesel oil

if it is coming from a pool below the floor, you will need to remove the material by making a hole and pumping it out.

if it is just some fuel soaked into some of the concrete you could:

try to use strong solvents to rinse it out

remove the floor

put a floating floor over it

Remove the paint and live with a dirty floorHow to stop oil seeping through concrete?
You want the oil to seep out of the concrete and finish. I am guessing here(and experimenting in my mind) but why not fill up a couple of 5 gallon metal pails with Hot water and set it over the worst area so as to heat up the concrete and evaporate the oil upwards. Then after the pails have been on there with hot water for 15 minutes, remove the pails and spread on kitty litter an inch thick over top of the now heated surface and maybe a plastic sheet overtop of all that and leave it overnight. Next day sweep off the kitty litter and repeat the hot water treatment and kitty litter(probably can use the same stuff twice unless it is really wet -but I doubt it is THATwet or you would have said so. Then, after the second sweep up, wash the floor with TSP solution(can be got at a paint store) which will wash out any more surface grease. and rinse with water. Let dry.

The surface should now be greaseless. Just to be sure when using a floor paint, if it suggests a primer-use it. You are about as close to good as you are gonna get.
With a scrub brush vey carefully scub a good amount of Laquer Thinner into the oil spots and let it dry Then do it again one more time. The thinner should act as a paint dryer and harden up the oil in the concrete so you can paint over it.

I have done this on a few concrete floors and it worked.

However before that I scrubbed the floors with soap and water and used a wet dry vac on it. So all i was drying up was the leftovers. Hope this helps.
Well, if the diesel was in the concrete before you painted it, there's nothing you can do. Try calling Safety Kleen. they do remediation for chemical spills. Maybe they have an answer.
not sure what it is called but most building merchants stock a floor sealing pain that acts like a rubber seal. if you ask at your local merchant I'm sure they can point you to the right product
